This safe and flexible option is one of the easiest ways to give to Family Life Church.

FAQ's

Q: What is Family Life's Privacy Policy?
A: All information used to make donations to Family Life Church will not be used for anything other than receiving donations from our supporters. Your information will not, under any circumstances, be sold, rented or given away for any purpose.
Q: Is online giving secure?
A: We've taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
Q: Will I still receive a contribution statement?
A: Yes, your year-end giving statement will be ready in January. Please call Becky McKendree at (912) 554-0045 or email Becky at bmckendree@familylife.ws to obtain.
Q: Can I schedule recurring giving?
A: At the moment there is no online recurring givings option but if you would like to set that up you can call (912) 554-0045 or go to the office and speak with Becky McKendree. Please don't send credit card information over email because it is not secure.
Q: Can I cancel a recurring giving?
A: If you have signed up for recurring donations on a monthly basis and decide you want to cancel, please call Becky McKendree at (912) 554-0045 or email Becky at bmckendree@familylife.ws at least two weeks prior to when your automatic donation is scheduled, informing him of the cancellation.
Q: What if I change credit cards or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?
A: You can call Becky McKendree at (912) 554-0045 to make the changes.
Q: Who do I talk to if I have more questions?
A: Contact the Finance Department at 912-554-0045 and we'll be glad to answer any other questions you may have.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Once the donation has been processed it can not be canceled. If you need further assistance please call Becky McKendree within 48 hours of your donation at (912) 554-0045 or email her at bmckendree@familylife.ws.
