Pastor Chris Foster // Lead Pastor
For almost two decades, Chris has served the local church. Before stepping in as the Lead Pastor at Family Life Church, Chris served from 1991-1998 on staff at Calvary Temple of Irving, TX. Chris lead the high school and middle school ministries as well as overseeing follow-up and hospital ministry. Dr. J. Don George, Founding Pastor of Calvary Temple is Chris's life mentor.
In 1996, Chris graduated from Southwestern Bible University with a degree in Church Administration. Additionally, Chris served as youth pastor for First Assembly in Kingsport, TN. Under his leadership, the youth group blossomed from 25 to 250 in less than two years. Additionally, Chris served as a church administrator as well as the state Youth Alive Director.
As the Lead Pastor for Family Life Church, Chris has led the successful planting of four churches overseas and plans to plant a fifth by October of 2010. With his direction, Family Life Church built a girls' home in Succua, Ecuador that serves to bring young women out of the sex trade and provide a high school education. Under his leadership, Family Life Church has grown in attendance from less than 30 to upwards of 1500. Known for his business acumen as well as his leadership, Chris served as general contractor for the Blythe Island Church and the church was completed 95% labor free. Having outgrown the current facility, in 2008, Family Life Church purchased 12 acres on which to build a 50,000 square foot facility.
At 15, Chris gave Christ complete control of his life. Tired of the boring image of God presented by some churches, Chris set out to show people the creativity, excitement, and fun inherent in a life given over to God. Chris uses drama, comedy, music and video to engage his audience while presenting the life-giving message of Jesus Christ.
Chris and his wife Courtney have two sons, Kash and Cruz.
Stewart McPheters // Chief Operations Officer
He leverages his experience and business savvy to improve operations across the board.
Stewart is the Chief Operations Officer for Family Life Church. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration as well as extensive accounting and management experience, he is more than qualified to manage the activities and operations of Family Life Church.
He accepted Christ when he was five years old. Since then he has been using his God-given talents in administration and finance. Prior to his time at Family Life Church, he worked as an Administrative Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Production Control Manager at various corporations.
He has two dogs, Chance and Lela, which he adopted form a rescue organization.

Pastor Blane Young
// Communications Pastor
He handles and directs everything that has the church name on it.
Blane serves as the Communications Pastor for Family Life Church. Additionally, he coordinates and creates both print and visual media as well as oversees the overall online experience at familylife.ws. Blane has a passion for excellence and quality that comes out in everything he does, from producing a video to mentoring volunteers.
Prior to working at Family Life Church, Blane worked for a television station, served in multiple leadership roles during college and participated in the summer internship program at Family Life Church. He graduated early from the University of Alabama where he served as campus pastor at Chi Alpha Campus Ministry. For the last two years, Blane has been the youngest member on the National Chi Alpha Mission Workgroup.
He and his wife Hannah have a cat named Pixel and a dog named Marlowe.

Pastor Josh Walker
// Student Pastor
If it has to do with students, then he is is leading it.
Josh leads Plus+, Family Life Church's growing high school and middle school ministries. Josh's heart for reaching the lost began at the early age of 11 and continued through college where he realized that he would never be truly happy serving outside of full time ministry.
After graduating with honors from Florida State University, Josh served as the chaplain of a local football team for two years, spoke numerous times as a guest for The Rock's radio broadcast ministry, and helped develop a youth small group ministry all while serving as Student Pastor for Family Life Church. Amidst all these achievements, he counts developing and growing teenagers into passionate followers of Christ as one of his greatest successes.
Josh and his wife Allison have two sons, Isaiah and Caedmon.

Bob and Michelle Pitchford // Interim Middle School Directors
An incredible tag-team that love seeing students realize their full potential with Jesus.
Bob and Michelle serve as the Interim Middle School Directors at Family Life Church. With Pastor Josh, they oversee and facilitate, Plus+, the high school and middle school event just for students. Bob and Michelle have served in ministry for over eleven years. Their previous areas of service include everything from Bible Study leaders to helping with puppets in Children's Ministry. At Norwich Baptist Church, Bob served as Youth Pastor and Deacon. Michelle was the Nursery Director and assisted with church-wide dinners each Wednesday night.
In addition to serving at Family Life Church, Bob is a Program Analyst at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Michelle works as a Special Education paraproffessional for the Glynn County School System and is continuing her education online.
The passion that Bob and Michelle have for students comes from a deep desire to see students through the uncertainty and struggles of being in middle school. By modeling servanthood and keeping their students accountable, Bob and Michelle believe they can raise up a future generation of leaders.
Bob and Michelle have been married since 1988 and have two children.

Pastor Todd Forsman 
// Children's Pastor
He loves children and they love him, but not in a weird way.
Todd oversees Kidz Quake, Family Life Church's children's ministry. Since he was 8 years old, Todd has had a heart for church ministry. He graduated from Evangel University with a major in Computer Science as well as a double minor in Bible and Broadcasting.
Working in a group home for at-risk teenagers gave Todd and his wife Tammy a passion for reaching children with the Gospel before they reach a decision-making age. Now, he works to instill the love of God into the children that pass through Family Life Church. Todd and the Kidz Quake team make each child's experience an adventure in learning. Todd oversees weekly kid's services, Vacation Bible School, Backyard Bible Clubs, and other events throughout the year.
In addition to providing children with an enriching and entertaining experience at Family Life Church, Todd also updated and improved Family Life Church's website, enabling the church to launch an online ministry that reaches hundreds of people every week.
Todd and his wife Tammy have three children: Ethan, Gavin, and Savannah.

Pastor Thomas Hall // Associate Children's Pastor
He has a heart for providing a safe and stable environment for children.
Thomas serves in Kidz Quake ministry as pastor and small group leader. Five years ago his life instantly and radically changed; he accepted Christ as the Savior of his life. Soon after, he began serving at a local church. His heart for ministry began at Parkway Church of God in Jesup, Georgia where he served as a youth leader.
Before serving at Family Life Church, Thomas spent five years as a Marine, a nursery worker, and a Vacation Bible School teacher. Thomas passionately believes that Kidz Quake children's ministry is crucial to the future of Family Life Church. More than anything else, he enjoys teaching children to grow closer to God. Coming from a broken home himself, Thomas understands the importance of giving children a solid foundation regardless of their circumstances.

Pastor Brandy McDonald // Discipleship Pastor
She oversees discipleship in adults and students.
Brandy serves in many of Family Life Church's ministries including the women's ministry, Women Without Limits and the adult discipleship environment, Family Life University. Brandy also leads the ministry of helps at Family Life Church.
Brandy has served in ministry for 30 years. Since she was 15 she has enjoyed the privilege of leading individuals into a relationship with God and helping them to reach their potential in Christ. Brandy graduated in 1985 from Rhema Bible Training Center in Ohio. She also has a degree in Nursing.
Prior to her work at Family Life Church, Brandy developed a curriculum exclusively for middle school girls that focused on spiritual and social growth, fellowship, family communication, and ministry involvement. She also developed Second Wave, a curriculum that focuses on the foundations necessary for a Christian lifestyle.
She continues to write curriculum for Family Life Church that produces deep and lasting growth within Family Life University. Among the subjects she teaches are worship, relationship with God, Bible knowledge, doctrine and practical application.
She and her husband Kevin have four children: Cherry, Hayley, Paris, and Kelsey.
Pastor Charlie Mack // Outreach Pastor
He leads people to serve their guts out every week in the community.
Charlie leads Kids Xplosion Outreach Ministry. On drugs and excited about a free hot dog, Charlie attended a tent revival and accepted Jesus Christ. From that moment on, his life changed. Now, Charlie spends his time pouring into the lives of children. Through his ministry, he feeds, transports and teaches children from low income areas each week.
More than any other aspect of ministry, Charlie loves bringing the hope and joy of Jesus Christ into a lost life. Before working at Family Life Church, Charlie participated in multiple church plants, discipled drug addicts and provided solutions for homelessness. He graduated from the Urban Bible Training Center in 1999.
Charlie has two children, Marcia and Charlie Jr.
Britney Lane // Office Manager
She keeps everything and everyone organized.
